Rusty's First Alert Forecast - Spotty showers to start another warm day

Morning Showers

Isolated showers will develop across southeast Georgia and the Lowcountry Monday morning, gradually diminishing as they move east toward the coast. Some areas could see a quick downpour or brief thunderstorm, mainly before 9 a.m. Temperatures will be mild in the lower 70s at sunrise, climbing into the upper 70s to near 80 by late morning.

Afternoon Forecast

Any lingering showers will end by midday, giving way to partly sunny skies. Humidity levels will remain elevated through the afternoon, making it feel a degree or two warmer than the actual temperature. Highs will top out near 90 degrees inland, with upper 80s closer to the beaches.

Evening Outlook

Skies will be mostly clear Monday evening, with temperatures gradually falling through the 80s during the early evening. By 10 p.m., most areas will be in the low to mid 70s.
